I need my wine. I can’t imagine my life without it

“I know I’m drinking too much, but it loosens me up and makes m feel better about my job and with my family. Maybe I should try not to drink from Monday to Thursday, or perhaps white wine is better than red wine, or I could try vodka for a while. Also, if I devote some of my evenings to yoga or running, my restlessness may go away. But I want to make sure I can have my drinks at the end of the day, especially during the weekends.
